Q. How do I create an account?
A. Click on My Account at the top of the page and the under the New Customers box click Create An Account. Then fill in the requied details and then click submit.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Log in to your account. Click on the item you would like to purchase. Fill in the quantity you require and then click Add To Cart. You now have the option to carry on shopping for more items by clicking Continue Shopping or if your have finished shopping simply click Proceed to Checkout and that will take you to the payment page.
Q. How do i pay with paypal?
A. We accept Paypal payment. To pay with Paypal, continue with your checkout process and proceed to the checkout page. Once you have confirmed your shipping details and shipping method you will come across payment information. Press continue and review your order. Once you have reviewed your order press place order which will now take you to the payment page where you will be able to pay using paypal and all other major cards.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. You can track your order by clicking the Orders and Returns link at the bottom of the page and then entering your details and clicking continue. You can also call our customer service on 020 8854 9644 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. How does a coupon code work?
A. You can apply the coupon code at the checkout and the appropriate amount will be descounted in your shopping cart.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. After you login click on My Account at the top of the page and then in the Account Information area click on Change Password and follow the instructions.

Q. I want to add something to my order but i already placed it what should i do?
A. If you would like to add something to your order please call us 02088549644 and we will take a payment over the phone and add the item(s) to your order.
Q. My order has not arrived yet?
A. All of our parcels are sent out via Royal mail first class signed for post, this means you will usually receive your delivery within 1-3 working days. However in some cases your parcel may take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you have still not received your delivery within 7 working days please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02088549644 and we will be able to provide you with support.
Q.What shipping services do you use?
A. We use Royal Mail and UPS services to ship all of our parcels.
Q. What is the cut-off time to place an order?
A. Our cut off time is 3pm (GMT) on weekdays. All orders left after 3pm will be processed the following working day. Please note, all orders left on friday after 3pm will be processed the following monday- this excludes bank holidays and public holidays.
Q.My order says 'on hold' what does this mean?
A. If your order says on hold it means we are still processing the order. Once the order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know we have dispatched your order.
Q. How much is the delivery cost?
A. All orders over £50 are free delivery. Orders under £50 will have to pay a standard delivery charge of £2.25
Q. I have ordered a tank recently and it is leaking what should i do?
A. Most of the times when a tank (clearomiser) is leaking liquid it is due to user error and misuse. If your tank is leaking there are a couple of things you need take a look at. Firstly ensure that the coil has been changed and not being over used. Secondly ensure that your coil is tightly screwed on to your airflow valve and if it is not it will cause the liquid to leak through into your airflow valve. Thirdly make sure that you are primimg your coil properly, only soak the cotton around coil and do not insert e liquid into the middle or centre of the coil as this will cause leaking.
In addition to this make sure that you are using the coil at the right power wattage. For example if your coil is supposed to be used between 30-55watts and you are vaping on 15 watts then your tank will leak as you are not using the clearomiser properly. If you have followed these steps to prevent leaking and your tank is still leaking please contact us using the contact form on the webste. Q. I have a faulty item, how do i return it to you?
A. After you have contacted us Via email or phone we will assess whether your item needs to be sent back to us, if yes then please send your item to-

Q. I want to send a faulty item back will i get a refund on the postage?
A. We only refund up to the ammount of £3. Please note that we will not refund the cost of special delivery or recorded/signed for post. It is the senders responsibility to ensure that the parcel gets to us safely, in the case of the parcel becoming lost in transit there is nothing we can do and you will have to get in touch with the shipping courier as we are not liable for missing post.
